例外系の PluginService テストケース.
通常は EccubeTestCase によって、 begin/rollback されるため、実装コード内での rollback が検証できない。 このクラスは、 setUp()/tearDown() で begin/rollback しないようにし、 実装コード内での rollback を検証する.
